Is there a Home Theater Receiver That Has Auto Motion Plus 120Hz for HDTVs that dont have it?

I Have a 50′ Inch Vizio HDTV, and just found out about the Samsung HDTV “with auto motion 120Hz”.

Im Wondering if theres a receiver that outputs a Auto Motion to a HDTV through a HDMI cable. For Axample a PS3 with HDMI cable connected to a Receiver then outputs to a HDTV also HDMI cable and make it with Auto Motion.

OR

If Its Not Possible is there a way or anything i can view my Vizio HDTV on movies, games, etc with Auto Motion??
like a chip, receiver, wire, program, blue ray or dvd player.anything??

please help on the 2 questions. either if its possible and if not what or how will it happen???
